Super Fast and Easy Service

My check engine light was on for a few days and I couldn't ignore it any longer. Since I was driving right by the dealership I called to see if they could squeeze me in. No problem they told me. I was expecting to have to wait for a while but the service advisor came in a few seconds after I sat down in the waiting room - told me what needed to be and that it would take about an hour. No problem. I had bought my laptop and could get some work done. 45 minutes later they handed my keys - the repair was under warranty and I was on my way. So quick and easy.

Great Service Department!

I had my first service/oil change at Heritage Honda in Towson – not only was I in and out in less than 30 minutes but the walls were filled with pink ribbons of donation and support for breast cancer! Service on My Tahoe

I was very happy with my last service appointment at Heritage Chevy. Bruce Knox, the Service Manager, made sure that I didnt have to wait for my car. They shuttled me to Starbucks so I could get some work done and picked me up when my Tahoe was finished. It seems like they go out of their way to take care of their customers. I will continue to take my Tahoe to Heritage.

They consistently exceed my expectations. My service advisor, Jimmy Schrader, is a pleasure to do business with. When I get there, the shuttle van is always waiting to take me to work.
